Here at Prosper, we love Xero! We require all of our clients to use it. It’s the latest and greatest software letting us be efficient and making your accounting life that much easier! If you need help learning how to use Xero or transitioning to the software, you can check out our courses but we are also here to help.

Switching accountants is easy

Lets Chat! You can switch accountants at any time. The first step is meeting with us! It’s so important to make sure we are the right fit for each other. Lets have a coffee and a chat, and learn more about each other.

The Switch: we can let your previous accountant know that we are going to work together for you, or you can start this process yourself. Ultimately though, we will send your previous accountant a letter to let them know we will start acting for you, and they will handover your work files that are necessary.
3.
That’s it! There’s a bit of paperwork to sign to get onboarded with us. We need some details from you, and access to your Xero file if you have one. We can’t wait to work with you!
